Organic Verdelli Lemons which are only grown in the Amalfi Coast (and the size of your head!), are carefully hand-peeled to only take the flavourful and oil-rich yellow of the lemon skin which is small-batch fermented in 100% pure alcohol for 30 days before adding water and a small amount of organic cane sugar. No preservatives, perfumes, or dyes used. Simple ingredients, delicious taste.
