Using fruit from the top 15% of the estates vineyard, this Sauvignon Blanc is edgy on the palate with lemon drop, lemongrass, and lime zest flavours. There is a slight herbaceous note on the crisp finish, all in perfect balance. Pairs well with shellfish, green vegetables, goat cheese and creamy sauces.
