Ruby-red with garnet edges, the wine opens with fragrant notes of sour cherry, pomegranate, and rosehip, layered with subtle anise, dried mint, and crushed stone. On the palate it shows lift and definition, with high-toned red fruit, firm yet polished tannins, and a fine line of salinity and acidity through a long, detailed finish.
