Bella Something Different Pinot Blanc 2021

With five days on skins, this slightly hazy Pinot Blanc is incredibly elegant, refreshing and has a slight honeysuckle aroma to it, but with just enough grip/interest (from the skin contact) on the palate to be different from your standard white bubble. Finished with our own honey, we’re incredibly proud of this expression this vintage. This bubble is incredibly food friendly and will age well over the coming years.
